I work at a finance company. No one here realizes its a holiday. When the market is open, we are open!

This is one of the very few times I work on the consumer side of a bank and am off!!!

Of course the day after thanksgiving and Christmas eve and New Years eve I'll be working though

I temped at a large nonprofit and they got vetrans day off. They got off all the school holidays! It was so great!!

Regular day for me too, although I do get a floating holiday for it. DH's pass day, but he gets a floater too. Unfortunately, hospitals don't close. It doesn't bother me being here today. I am bumming that I have to work christmas.
