My Principal has started a Biggest Loser competition at school and Im signed up.
We will be putting money in and the biggest loser wins the pot! I doubt I will get the $ but its just the motivation I need to lose my last 10 pounds that I had hoped to do before the wedding!
What kinds of workouts and meal plans should I be trying to get going with the weight loss?

that is so funny that your principal is doing that! i think it's so awesome though! if someone at my work started that i would definitely sign up because the money and pressure from coworkers would motivate me! good luck!

Ill be honest- Im at 160 now...I was hoping to be 150 for the wedding but hey...maybe I can do it now!
Between Grad school at night and teaching during the day- i hope I can stick to a diet and exercise regimen!

That is a GREAT idea. You know, when the incentive is big enough, people can accomplish anything! How much is the pot?

My friends and I did this before the wedding. I came in last but it totally kicked my butt for the big day! Good luck!

we've decided on $20 per person and theres about 15 of us signed up ....soo....multiply carry the one.... about $300 did I do that right???
