'I'm glad my wedding is over because....'

I'm so shocked that I get glum once in awhile that the whole wedding thing is over.

But I still try to tell myself 'Im glad its over....'

How would you fill in the sentence..

'Im glad my wedding is over because _____'

Personally, Im glad my wedding is over because now when I go to visit my family on Long Island I get to spend time with them and not have to visit vendors and run wedding errands.

Also, because I am now legally bound to my hunk of a husband!

im glad my wedding is over bc now i dont have to fight about stupidity and cry over nothing...and of course im married to the man ive been with for 12 yrs already...and by the way i still wanna wear my dress is that wrong?

we're officially a family now and feeling that bond grow stronger every day is so much better than anxiously awaiting for just one day to arrive. Plus now we have some absolutely amazing memories to share together and that beats all of the anticipation and excitement that led up to it.

the planning was time consuming and now we can do fun things instead of wedding planning. (Sorry to all those girls that loved the planning!)

I'm glad my wedding is over because I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO ANY FAMILY MEMBERS COMPLAIN ABOUT WHERE THEY SHOULD SIT AND WHAT FOOD I SHOULD HAVE AT THE WEDDING ETC.................

What i really miss ONLY is the whole day of getting ready and the excitement of everyone looking at you dressed up gorgeous and having DH watch you walk down to him.

I'm glad my wedding is over so everyone can stop saying I look like crap, I no longer have to stress over how all the vendors will come together (I hated wedding planning, no offense), and listening to the mothers say 'aren't you excited about the big day' (MIL); and 'don't put off everything until the last minute. I'm so worried you're not going to have anything done.' (my mom) I'm also elated that my wedding is over so that I can live with my hubby full time I'm only running back to mommy's to pick up the last of my stuff (and get free food of course).

i can start having a life again and focusing on other things

Im very glad my wedding is over because it was a lot of running around involved. But on the other had Im not happy its over cause if all brides can agree the attention was all on us and I got a lot of attention and it was really nice. I had all of the family surrounded around me and now thats its over I miss that a little. but what can I say I am really loving the NEWLYWED life.. Im always happy when i wake up and look @ my husband every morning I feel like the happiest person on earth....
