I'm heading home - yay!!

We finally got our tickets tonight, so we are now officially set to spend some time in New York this Summer. I am beyond excited to visit my family & friends. It feels like forever since I've seen everybody Beyond excited over here!!!!!!!!!!

thanks girls. I'm so happy!!!! I miss New York more than you could believe. And the house I grew up in is getting sold this summer, so I'm especially grateful that I'll be able to have one last night there I love that place.

BTW - i e-mailed my mother will all of the flight details and she wrote me back this morning about how excited she is to see us, especially since we'll have been apart 6 months by then. And then she wrote 'Wouldn't it be funny if you are 5 months pregnant and you wanted to surprise me with a big belly?' She's adorable. So excited to be a grandmother. But she'll just have to wait a LITTLE longer. hehe.

that's awesome!! there's another countdown .. :) your mom is funny, when you get to the airport, you should stick something under your shirt just to see her reaction.. but seriously, just to go home, its such a wonderful feeling.. i get all fuzzy when i go see my mom, and i see once or twice a month and we live 45 mins apart, so i could only imagine your excitement!!

lol. Yess! I love countdowns, that always means something exciting is happening. lol. And that would be soooo funny to put a fake belly under there. She'd probably be all awkward and not know what to say (worrying that perhaps I just gained a lot of weight in my stomach. lol)

We're staying a little over a week. DH can't be gone from work THAT long, but it's good enough. And then my sister is coming to Colorado the following week to stay at OUR house. Hopefully the rest of the family will be able to come out here eventually also. It's so beautiful in Co, I want them to see it before we leave.
