Seriously! I just snapped lol If one more person asks me if Im pregnant or having a baby soon, I am going to choke them.

I dont know whats going on but EVERYDAY this comes up. Cant a woman be married for 5 seconds without kids being brought up?

My ex just imed me (we're friendly, talk once in a blue) and immediately asked me if Im pregnant because according to him 'Im married now'

I just get the dirty look. 'your not pregnant yet?' 'What are you waiting for your married!' It pisses me off too. But I told everyone don't expect kids right away. So far its been good.

an older friend of mine gave me a great answer to these stupid baby questions...just say 'it's all good'. its totally ambiguous and meaningless...just makes them go huh... and shuts them up.

It's so offensive, like as women, don't we serve ANY other purpose? I feel like I've worked SO hard to get where I am career-wise... can I just be respected for that for a few years? I'm only 27 Obviously, I am quite passionate about this subject

Nope, hasn't happened to met yet and probably won't. I think whenever DH and I decide to have kids my parents will still think it's too soon and what about my career. hehe They are way to academically and scholastically motivated to want me to ever get knocked up. My mother sends me (her own daughter) mail addressed to 'Dr. Olson'. Seriously, I don't even like being called Dr yet, and she can't seem to stop. Vomit.... I wish some times they just wanted me to be a house wife(not in a demeaning way) lol: that is a damn hard job.
