In honor of all the B Pics going on...

Lets brainstorm!

If you could do this or plan to, what are your ideas? Are you going for sweet and sexy, DEAD sexy, sultry siren, vinatge pinup, mysterious vixen???

I am fascinated by how many different takes there are on themes.

I personally know I can't pull off the sultry look really well. I just 'can't get it in the eyes' and lips cohesively lol. I look mentally disabled rather than 'wanting.'

Soooo I am treating my pics as a fantasy dress up shoot; I will of course be taking pics of jsut me in my lingerie and my photographer will make me look fabulous because that's what she does. But to take pity on her and not make her work so hard with an impossible cause! We are going to be using a lot of different props for very stylized looks. I am mixing and matching and many of the same props will likely be carried over however the photographer sees fit.

This is a very loose breakdown of what we might be using. Hope it helps someone!

Look #1. Me in whatever she deems sexy
-boy shorts and cami sets
-high heels
-nightie
-thigh highs

Look #2: Pinup girl: i was planning to do the makeup like a pinup girl but its not working out well for my skintones so it will eba modified pinup. Not going to do my hair up or anything-just use ribbons and the like to get the feel with a modern twist. Very fun and flirty and a little goofy.
-thigh highs
-high heels
-burlesque inspired lingerie (in my album)
-long black satin gloves
-long strands of pearls (thanks Lupita!)
-feather boa
-candy (incorporating a sweet theme into some)
-sheets (like using the bed sheets as a prop)
-hairpieces

Look#3: Mysterious.
This came to my in a dream ironically. Going for the feel for a burlesque/brotherl girl I am thinking of wearing just the mask, black gloves, pearls and a SMILE! WOO lmao.
-feather boa
-long black gloves
-venetian style mask
-black lingerie
-pearls
-RED lipstick!

Really depends on who you're looking into. I don't know of any in suffolk. Im sure there are but I dont have the info.

Some that do it are:

i would definetly be wearing something 'police' related.. since DH is a cop.. he would love it!!

also maybe some METS undies and tank!
they have such cute ones!

Really depends on who you're looking into. I don't know of any in suffolk. Im sure there are but I dont have the info.

Some that do it are:
-Blue Daisy: $400 plus $100 travel fee if comming to you

-Angelica Glass: $500

-Fedali: $200

i used a corset, two nighties (one black/sheer that i got on sale at macy's for $8 woohoo!), one pink w/ print, sheer, boyshorts w/ hello kitty tank, normal cute dress, and for DH, his fave rock tshirt - RATT. i was iffy about using the tshirt, esp after i lost my high black boots that day, but it turns out those were DH's fave poses. my bpics can be found here if anyone wants any ideas on outfits. i was so upset i had lost 3 of my 4 pairs of shoes, i left them on the LIRR , so i ran to charlotte russe to buy cheapy shoes, and it worked out well!

Aside from AG, LR & Fedali... are there any other companies worth checking out? Im sending out emails today to see if I can finally make up my mind Its such a HARD decision to make!!!

And Im scared sh!tless to do this... Definitely have gained weight since the wedding & am totally NOT happy about my figure right now

In my fantasy b-pics, which will remain fantasy hahaha i always thought i'd use...

a hat, something sexy, like a fedora dipped strategically over one eye?

Also i'm wild about 'menswear' inspired stuff; a great striped shirt with most of the buttons open, cuffs rolled up, etc.

And in general i think some of the sexiest shots focus on ONE element, which is not necessarily 'sexy' per se... a bent knee, a flexed foot, an arched back, etc etc.

im envious of all you hot mamas and your B-PIX. Remember what DH said:

Well since DH wears a shirt & tie everyday, I'd probably a 'corporate' sexy look, crisp white shirt 1/2 open, a tie maybe. Or a briefcase in front of me w/ no top...

So many ideas swirling in my head!!!!

i LOVED futuremrsmulligan's b pics. if and when i go for b pics, i would def. go for the same look she had! it was beautiful, tasteful,and natural.

she wore cute boy shorts and a cami and then had this bra and panty set with the garter.i thought it was perfect! not too over the top and not understated.

personally, i wouldnt go too extreme with the attire.
i happen to think the best pics are when you are
you are natural. they come off more sexy in my opinion.

either way im sure you will look great! you are very photogenic!

do the dang pictures. You are GORGEOUS. It would be a shame for you not to do them. I gained weight since the wedding too, but you know what? Its okay! You aren't the size of a house!! Youre perfect & I bet your Dh thinks so too!

i wont do these ever bc i would overanalyze them PLUS i am trying to save up money for a house BUT if i did i would do
#1 with boxers, a wife beater and pigtails
#2 rangers jersey, garter and stick
#3 corset with heels.

Seriously, I have gained weight since the wedding. I have a big cellulitic butt and a mini pooch gut but I am doing them anyway. HE likes it that way so why should I complain? Its a gift for him anyway.

My issue is unlike most women, I wear lingerie and cute nighties EVERY DAY. I have since DH and I started going out 5 years ago, so seeing me decked out in lingerie doesn't turn his head because he is so oversaturated with it now. He knows what I look like in lace teddies and bra and panties. He likes me naked but I am NOT taking nekkid shots thank you very much.

To get that HELLO factor from him, I need to go extreme. A pic of me wearign only many strands of pearls and a black feathered mask on our bed, lol THAT will get the WOW factor from him.

It all depends what you're after.

LOL I dodn't know your secret wish was to be a hood ornament, Cat. I wouldn't eb able to do that-DH would have a fit about possible dent damage from my 'derriere' going on there.
