Insatiable Hunger

Insatiable Hunger

Does anyone else go through this when Aunt Flo visits?

OMG I am sooo hungry today and I'm trying to be good on WW but nothing is satifying my crazy hunger right now.

Re: Insatiable Hunger

Unfortunately, I am this way everyday of my life. I never get full. I can eat, and eat, and eat ,and never , ever feel full. It's hard for me to watch my weight, b/c I am always searching for something to make me feel satisfied, but no matter what I eat, I never feel that way. (I actually won an eating contest once against a wrestler at a buffet place, b/c of this lol)

I actually eat LESS when I am on my period. I lose all appetite. However, lately I still have found that no matter how much my stomach hurts, I still manage to put things into my mouth lol

None of the 'filling foods' are working??

I usually have a full glass of water, and those 100 calorie smart pop bags of popcorn. It seems to help...

Or apple and Peanut Butter...Protein is always good!

Nope they aren't filling me and my day has mostly consisted of 'filling foods'

So far I've had Oatmeal, banana, apple, FiberONe bar, 1/2 Sandwich, small vegetarian split pea soup, preztels with peanut butter and a mini york peppermint pattie.

Same here! I could eat dinner at 7 and be starving by 9! I know its SO bad to snack at that hour, too, but I always do anyway

This is gonna sound like I'm talking out of my a$$ but my leader said, that this is a good sign that your metabolism is speeding up, and you're burning off food a lot faster than you're used too.

As long as you stay within your points range, keep eating. I know it's tough for me to finish all my points in a day, sometimes it's annoying!!!
