yeah i had braces for 3 yrs and never wore my retainer because they never fit me properly for it. so that is why i looked into invisalign...i couldnt bear the thought of having braces again. plus i think those would be uncomfy...idk lol

but yeah now that i think of it i think it was 6 months for each like top and bottom so about a year.

I really just want the top, I wonder if they would let me do that? or if they will make me get the bottom

yeah i know what you mean....i feel bad that i kinda wasted that money as well. you cant really tell when i smile that my teeth shifted but i can tell and my mom can tell bec she is mad i never wore my retainer. lol

but i think you can just get the top or just the bottom. i would prob just get the top on me for now since you only see that whehn i smile.
