Is anyone on here a member of a CSA?

(Community Supported Agriculture)

DH and I are seriously considering it, but it's only the two of us and we're not sure if it's realistic - you get a decent amount of produce, but would we really be able to eat all of it without it spoiling?

Any insight would be great! TIA

I wanted to join one for the summer but they were practically all full! And this was months ago - probably around April!

From what I've learned, it seems like you need to join them before the spring; most of them run from April through October (or so). I know I'm totally planning WAY in advance for this in terms of the sign-up date LOL

Check them out toward the end of this harvesting season - you can probably get yourself a spot!

I thought you meant for this summer. A lot that I looked into didn't start until late May. I'm actually moving to NC next year so I'll be checking out a CSA there!
