Is it normal?
my photographer said it takes 4 to 6 months to see the album after selecting the proofs! Is it normal? How long did it take for you to get your album?

thats about right. We put in our album in December and we got in April.

We picked our proof in January and in April we saw our firstproof, then about 2 months later saw the second proof (optional - glad I did it!) and I am waiting for my final product now. I called about a week ago and was told maybe a week or two more. So maybe 7-8 months from picking the proofs to final products.

We were told it could take 6-8 months to have the album created.

We were told 8 months also....they didn't say anything about proofing the album though. I hope that's standard!

I think it takes a while b/c of the album processing... And everything is custom made...

we picked the pics in Dec...proofed them in Feb...and the album was finished in May

yup - I ordered ours in Jan and just picked it up last weekend! It takes about 6-9 mos on average.

We were told 4-6 months as well. By the time our album comes it'll be past our first anniversary
