you need to eat alot of fruits and veggies everyday normally, and now, especially since you are pregnant. Today, I had some carrot sticks and an apple for a snack. Fruits and veggies are never a bad thing to eat a moderate amount of. I would worry if you said you were going to eat a big mac, and then a angus 3rd pounder right after. :)
Yogurt and pear is fine :)

lol I know..the angus 3rd pounder mushroom swiss burger is to die for..and you could probably really die from it too, but I would stay away from that for now lol At least give the baby a chance to eat some GOOD food first lol

That is a great snack! What do you usually eat for lunch? I am always starving after lunch and need 2 snacks. I do a fruit and sometimes carrots or a string cheese (but you probably cant have string cheese can you?) Why cant pregnant people have cheese???

I would die if I couldn't eat cheese, I just can't eat soft cheeses or unpasturized cheese, like Feta, Brie, Gruyer, Goat Cheese, Blue Cheese ALL of which I love and miss dearly! But as long as I can have my other cheeses I am fine! Today for lunch I had a PB&J and it just wasn't enough so I was starved by 2!

This may seem like a stupid question but why can't you have unpastuerized cheeses? b/c of a certain bacteria?

yup :)
Google'd: Cheese is an important source of protein and calcium for pregnant women but certain kinds do need to be avoided. This is because some cheeses are more inclined to allow growth of bacteria, such as listeria, which can harm your unborn child
