Is it weird....
So I am 30 now and there is a girl at Rita's who has been working there for 6 years, since she was 15. I have worked on and off for 10, so I know her well and love her. She is turning 21 Monday. Is it weird if I take her out for a drink. I am a manager and basically running the show with the employees, but I am not her boss or anything.
