Is it wrong that ...

Is it wrong that ...

So I was outside mowing my front lawn when some landscapers pass by and stop 2 houses down from me. Then one of them comes riding over on his lawnmower and motions for me to stop mowing. So when I stop he tells me he'll finish it for me (I was halfway done) At first I was like 'No, thats OK' but he insisted so I let him finish. When he was done, which was like a minute later but yet would have taken me 10 more minutes to finish, I thanked him and he went back to doing my neighbors property.

So is it wrong of me to be like 'Yeah. I still got it ' secretly to myself??

PS The whole time I was praying DH didnt pull up. Then we would have had some trouble!

were they hot that is the only way I would have got in trouble - otherwise he would tell me to go out there every time they are around.

Not bad but nothing great either! Unfortunately my DH isnt like that. He would tell me to never mow again b/c he would rather bust his own a ss and do it then have me out there getting hit on.

hey I think anytime you get to feel a little confidence boost it's a good thing.....and its not like you were riding HIM on the mower, now THAT would be a problem!

but if they're anything like the landscapers in my neighborhood, my DH would sooooooo not be worried!

no, it is not wrong. heck, the other day when i was at shea stadium i needed to buy something STAT in the gift shop. well, there was a line like a million people long to get in (they were letting a few people in as a few people left as to not over crowd the store). so, i saw two middle aged men in the front of the line -- went over to them, flashed a smile and said 'my nephew reeeeeallly needs something in here and i don't want to miss the national anthem -- could you help me out???' with like a sad face on hahaha - i mean, i totally did that on purpose - they were like 'SURE!' (they seemd pretty drunk). well, i was so pleased i went back and told DH and he was quite proud of me to think of that idea and execute it LOL. saved me waiting on line for like 40 minutes!!
