Is there a rule of thumb for how long to cook a steak per pound?
Is there any easy way to determine how long to cook a london broil for knowing how many lbs it is?

I think it's 25 mins to half an hour for every pound.
london broil recipe In the betty crocker recipe books, they tell you how long to cook certain meats, and I am almost positive it's half an hour for every pound.
