It's been 1 wk since wedding & pins & needles in my feet

Did anybody experience this? I had 2 pairs of shoes for my wedding, both open-toed. My formal gown weighed a TON & B4 dinner I changed into a party gown....I've had pins-n-needles (more in my left foot, than the right) from the bottom 'ball' of the foot & going thru my toes. The only good news is that they have not changed color, & I can bend my toes....Is this going to go away? Did I do nerve damage? I never experienced anything like this before.....Has anybody else?

i also had this from wearing 4' heels during a night out partying in atlantic city. the balls of my feet were killing me. me feet hurt for days after, and I experienced that pins and needles feeling you are referring to. It lasted prob over a week or more. i didnt wear heels for about 2 mos after that. it should eventually go away

I had this throughout the wedding, just from walking around in heels for the pics and the ceremony. I changed into sneakers for the reception.

It went away after a few days of sitting on the beach doing nothing haha.

I cant hurt to go to the Dr. to have them check it out. Have you checked web md?

Yep my feet were like that for about 3 or 4 days. I also had been standing out in the snow on the beach (in open toed shoes) for about a 1/2 hr taking pictures, so I am pretty sure I had some frostbite as well.
