Its called DEODERANT people!!!!

Ok here is my daily excercise rant..

Last week a few of you know I threw out my neck on like Tuesday. SERIOUSLY threw it out so I was like crippled to the point doc gave me one muscle relaxer in office, I took a second when i got home, then took one the next day before I started feeling more mobile. After the 4th I was able to stretch but Im still a little stiff so I decided that I'd run today since I missed all but one gym day last week.

So I go, all proud of myself cause I am KICKING @SS and taking names on that treadmill and the...it happens...

Some NASTY dude with a red banadan tied in a bow around his damn neck (I must mention the bow because I later wished to tighten it around said dopey neck) goes onto the treadmill next to mine smelling like mix of orange cheetos and dirty d*ck and bologna...JUST NASTY!

So what happens?

Well I stop breathing correctly to avoid takiing his stench into my lungs sooooooooo I get the MOTHER OF ALL CRAMPS!!!!!!!!

A HOLY HELL I AM DYING sorta of stitch in my side from holding my breath funny.

I tried to fight the good fight but after 22 minutes I had to call it quits...SO CLOSe to the 30 minute mark!!!!

All kinds of PO'ed!!! Deodarant man! it is YOUR friend AND mine!!!

I am sorry you had stinky dude next to you but the way in which you describe him & his stench is hysterical! You should carry a sample size can of deodorant & spray him!!! I'd pay money to see that!!

LOL I KNOW! like that AxE stuff-spray ihim and watch his butt get tackled fof that treadmill by all the rabid single women.

Go read my dog story in your thread...sorry I hijacked it but I had to share..not one of my finer moments I admit.

Ugh, gross! That's the worst. I also can't stand when people on nearby cardio machines pass gas!

On a side note, glad your neck is feeling better!

I'm still trying to get past the red bandana tied in a bow.

The AXE idea is good, so is one of those personal fans to blow his fumes back at him.
