and no one called. I know I'm not 12 anymore but when your birthday is New Years, its kind of hard to forget. For the past 34 years, my phone has rung off the hook at midnight with happy new year/happy birthday calls. This year - nuttin'. As if turning 35 wasn't depressing enough, no one remembered. I mean DH woke me up at midnight to say it (yes, we are losers & we were asleep). Other than that, I got ONE text message from a friend I haven't spoken to in over a year. He was the only one.
Sorry for the pity party. I'm just kind of bummed.

Thank you everyone. I finally did get an email from my BF who got drunk & lost her phone New Years Eve.
My mother-in-law came over last night with a plant & a really nice card & a cake & then my BIL & his GF showed up with another cake. It was very sweet & it made me feel a little better.
