I've been quite about this, but can't hold it any longer!!!

We are going into contract on a HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. it's been such an agonizing search and process. Plus being 1st time home buyers, we are clueless! I can't wait for us to settle. Hopefully everything goes smooth going forward. Wish us Luck Ladies.

my advice is .. be prepared when you go to the closing date and sign all those checks.. your heart will stop for a few seconds

our closing went pretty well.. our friend is a lawyer and did everything for us.. she even said it was the fastest closing she ever did..

so here are some
