It went as well as I think it could have. The co. isn't hiring just yet, but the guy I met with is pretty sure he needs to - he just needs to get approval from his boss to do so. He liked me, liked my journalism exp. and my project management exp., but doesn't know exactly what he needs - it could be an associate position or a management position, and thinks that the mgmt position might need a little more industry exp., but he also said that it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if that person didn't have industry exp - and I don't have any exp in this industry (engineering / const. management).

He also has someone in his dept now who might deserve to get the mgmt pos if he decides to hire for that - and in that case, he'd have to fill her position... and i am qualified for that position definitely.

he also might decide to hire an inbetween person, and that's the scenario i'd love best. He will be asking his boss about hiring someone when he gets back from vacation - in 1-2 weeks - and I would hope by then he figures out what he needs ... so HOPEFULLY I'd get a formal interview by the end of march...

I hope to have another interview this week for a receptionist position, which would be part time with the possibility of turning into full ... and I don't know what I would do if I was offered that ... but I will cross that bridge when I come to it!
