jessica simpson's first country release..

I must say i'm impressed.. to be honest it sounds like a different singer Even Jess said herself 'I finally feel like i'm REALLY singing again'
..Her voice is so much more suited to this style :) no more of that breathy weird stuff that she fell into the habit of doing... I'm happy for her

She sounds good! I am a HUGE country fan so I am very happy that she has made the switch over.

I lost a lot of respect for her once she split from Nick- I hope that this album lifts her back into the status she used to be- and that it helps me to like her again

yea...i think she lost herself for a little while...but i read a recent interview with her & saw her on a talk show last week, and she's slowly but surely finding herself again i'm glad..because she was way off her wagon for a while! the whole thing is still really sad, but atleast she's attempting to finally get her life back together..lets hope it stays that way! ...but this song is catchy - think it may be her comeback song for summer

...lol - gotta throw in - i love that on the cover of the single she's on this rugged chair outdoors...in a plaid shirt & jeans....and then has her designer bag in the corner

LOL yea the cover is great. I think this suits her betetr than the pop did. She sounds more along the lines of Carrie Underwood (though I love Carrie more ) and Faith Hill. Hopeully she does well. I think her voice will be better suited for country but Im sure there will be plenty of haters.
