Job Update
LOL I'm full of updates today!!
OK So like I posted, I love love love my new job.
I told you I'd be announcing something![]()
Basically because of my background as a Trainer for the company for 6 years, I came to this new department with a huge variety of skills and things to offer, that wouldn't normally be an expectation of my current job.
Well our dept (i.e. the Retail Events Dept) is rolling out a new event concept that will be hitting stores as early as mid April (it's called Style Sessions), FM me if you want to go to any, Bloomies RF is having the first one..I can give you the number to call and make an appointment.
OK SO................drumroll please..................
I'm literally 'going on tour' and training all of the trainers from the entire east coast and ALL OF CANADA on this event. It's such a dream come true! Just the fact that my boss, and our dept VP sees what I am bringing to the table and wastes no time in utilizing it, is mind blowing!!!
So I'll be traveling quite a bit come April (keep in mind my position does not requre much travel, but because of what this new seminar event entails, they've enlisted me as the perfect person to teach the people who'll be doing it. HOLY CRAP!!![]()

SO here's my 'tour dates':
Wed March 31-NYC (Training Northeast)
Friday April 1: Philly (Training Mid-Atlantic)
Mon April 19-Atlanta (Southeast part 1)
Tues April 20-Ft Lauderdale (Southeast part 2)
And then get ready for THIS!!!!! Dates are still in the process of being confirmed but it's looking like:
April 26-Vancouver, Canada
April 27-Calgary, Canada
April 28-Toronto, Canada
I am dying and so excited!! DH isn't thrilled but he knows what a great opportunity this is.
Don't mention anything about Canada on facebook yet, as it's still TBC.
