Just need to vent

I work at a 1 person onsite so I dont have direct contact with my boss.....we communicate through email and phone calls.
ALL f reakin week she has been a b!tch and I cant take it........
i wish I can smack her in the face.
Its so bad that if she is like this for the rest of the week I am thinking of going to the head head guy and asking if I can work under another boss.

Is she like this all the time, or just this week ?

Don't do anything in haste, it always comes back to bite you in the a$$. Take the time to calm down a bit.

I had a female manager and couldn't stand working with her. Had she not left the company, I would have quite.
She was constantly condescending, and I don't appreciate being spoken down to. I'm not five years old.

God knows I have been there..My former boss is teh dominican version of Miranda Priestly from The DEVIL WEARS PRADA. Fortunately I have a new supervisor but unfortunately she is only here 2 days a week if that so I still report to the other spawn who ahtes me even more now.

All I can say is give it this week and then if it continues, try talking toi someone but do it CALMLY...you dont wnat to seem liek you are the problem,.

Its been since like last Thursday. She sends out to all us supervisors that she is lifting the black out dates....this is great news!!!

Back up a second....back in January I had asked to have off May 2 for SIL's collage graduation. She said since it was under the black out dates she cant approve it BUT will revisit it as the time gets closer.

So I had sent her an email asking if I can request May 2 again and she says, oh I already approved so and so. Ummmmmmm yeah your kidding me right????
So i just refreshed her memory and said When I had asked for the day in January you said it would be revisited. I dont think thats fair to me.
(keep in mind up until a few months ago I let EVERYONE step all over me at work......they need me to work 8-6 I would say yes and then if I had anything I would re-arrange my schedule...DUMB i know but thank God Im not like that anymore.)

So she sends me an email saying HONESTLY I dont need you telling me what is fair and what isnt blah blah blah so and so hasnt had a day off all year (okay and thats not my problem right??).

So ever since then she has been a mega witch.
Maybe shes upset cause now she has nobody to walk all over?
LOL

She isnt the kind of person who is easy to talk to either....she will try to twist things and try to make you feel like yours always wrong.
