Ladies, I really need your help.

Since you all are already married and are wedding planning pros;

So, tomorrow night is my engagemnet party at the Chateau Briand. We are having about 65 people. The manager that I dealt with last night when I went to pay my final bill gave me 2 envelopes. He said one was for the 'bridal attendant' and the suggested tip was $125 and for the maitre'd the tip was $200-400. what do you think? I don't think I am going to need teh bridal attendant which i didn't even know about til last night. Do you think this is all too much??

In my Opinion I dont think you need a Bridal Attendant for the Engagement party.. i would save the $125

I don't think you need a bridal attendant for an E party - you can call them and tell them you would prefer not to have one.

That said, I just had my wedding at CB and they did a fab job - but our envelopes for the bridal attendants said $75-125 suggested tip. HTH!

a bridal attentand for ur engagement party?????? weird. btw - i didn't even tip mine at the wedding! call me crazy but i wasnt even aware i was having one untill we got to our reception hall the night of the wedding! so needless to say we had no envelope for her. i'd call and say it isn't necessary???
