I work from 3-11PM so it takes me a while to settle down after work.

Yeah it's not to bad. I do it for 6 days on and 5 days off. I used to work the 7Am-3PM shift and that would always kill me.

My hubby is a suffolk cop and he works 4 on 4 off...I love his schedule

Nope not a nurse. We are certified to do medical stuff. We are called Independant Living Attendants.
The youngerst client is 23 and the oldest is 58. So it's all over the board. lol,

Yep pretty much. It's an appartment building downtown and we have 7 clients who live within the building. It's a goood job, I've been working there for the past 4 years. I'm going to be going on Mat leave in November.

Do they have any Medcial Personnel at all. Like a Head RN or something??

Do you give out meds, or are they abl to do that for themselves??

Nope. It's client direct. So they tell us what to do. If they feel they need to go to the hospital or whatever they let us know and we do when needs to be done. (Phone calls etc)
