let's talk about DEODORANT

What do you use, and why?

I need a new deodorant after many yrs of using the same one and I don't like what I see on the shelves. I used to use Secret Platinum Protection and it looks like they don't make it anymore.

From what I see, the choices are a regular or a clinical strength for $10. I really don't want to pay that! but I feel like I need a little more 'oomph' than the regular. Ugh..
Oh and of course, no white marks allowed!

So what are your thoughts??

using boys deoderant on occasion is one of my guilty pleasures.... so i can take a break during the day and smell my arm pit and be like 'Ahhhhh! Boy smell'.

usually i use secret though.

i've thought about using DH's deodorant. Not b/c i want to smell my pits but b/c i want something strong.

I use Dove, I love it...I smell good all day long.

I used to use original scent but there was a cucumber/melon scent on sale at COSTCO so that's what I'm using right now.

you have to be careful with guys deoderant. A LOT of them are JUST deoderant... no antiperspirant!!

i just hate in the warm weather when it's mid-day and i feel like i stink! yuk!!!

I use the clinical strength one- the one you put on at night. I need it.

ETA: It's the Cucumber Melon scented one. Smells great.

i dont wear deoderant everyday

only if i go to the gym (when i remember) or if im going to be out dancing. other than that, i dont wear any

Yeah, for anyone who is stank... you really do have to put it on AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF THE SHOWER... and you should put it on every night before you go to sleep. it takes awhile to absorb into your pores and get into your system...

This! Love the way it smells and it totally works!

I use Almay's clear gel anti-perspirant and deoderant.

I sweat really, really bad. Like, worse than a lot of men I know.

I love this stuff because it's good for sensitive skin, keeps me dry and unstinky, and is not tested on animals.

mitchum is pretty awesome. dont need to put on a lot. works really well. and totally clear!

not sure whats in it, but the first time i used it i was also on retin-a for my skin and wound up getting a reaction. but it was really good deoderant!

now that ive been off retin-a, i tried it again and i love it

I have to change on a regular basis. Its actually a serious issue that my sister, my cousins & I have. We all sweat like crazy. Luckily we don't smell though.
We find that any anti-perspirant and deoderant mix white solid unscented works best for us. After one stick is finished though we always have to change to a different type, so we are always doing a rotation.

I love mitchum. I get the unscented Men's kind (I don't like all the flowers powdery women's smells)
