Summer Corn Salad - i make this all the time and add some sort of pasta to it too!!
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned 3 large tomatoes, diced 1 large onion, diced 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons white vinegar salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook corn in boiling water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Drain, cool, and cut kernels off the cob with a sharp knife. In a large bowl, toss together the corn, tomatoes, onion, basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.
SO many cobb, greek, ceasar, a salad with craisans is delish, also I love the ginger dressing at sushi places. A salad with grilled tuna...should I continue

I love mixed greens, walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese or Gorgonzola, grilled chicken and fat free raspberry vinaigrette. mmmmmm

I love a good old-fashioned greek salad! For anyone who lives in Suffolk, I MUST recommend the salad at Akropolis, a greek restaurant in Nesconset. BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Between that and the awesome chick pea salad, DH and I are literally in heaven whenever we eat there.

Where in Nesconset is it?
The best greek salad I ever, ever had was while I was living in Michigan. They have these chains called 'coney island hot dogs'. It was just the best greek salad I have ever had. The beets, the chick peas, the feta....so delish!

I know this is like the worst salad ever- but I LOVE taco salads- just never order them because am better off eating a hamburger lol
I also love steak & blue cheese salads, and goat cheese and cranberry salads

I like just about every salad - what I find makes a great salad is the dressing.....yummmm. Ok and I love either goat cheese or blue cheese in my salad and especially love waldorf salads and greek salads
