Since we have more and more newlyweds on this board I figured it would be nice to get to know each other better...I'll go first!

although we grew up 2 blocks away from eachother, we started talking when we were at a club. I was there with somebody he knew and he was there with people i knew. I wont bore everyone with all the details since ive posted this many times. He pulled me over to talk to me and the rest is history

When my BM hit 30 her birthday party sign said...'Happy 5th Anniversary of your 25th Birthday' She just stays 25 and celebrates the annversary!!!

we met in Kentucky at a music festival because he knew one of my best friends from new york and we randomly ran into each other. 2 years later we started dating after seeing each other alot at music shows

We met at 14 through mutual friends. Started dating at 15 and just had our tenth anniversary in January,

I am never sure if we count as HS sweethearts since I went to an all girl school and he went to an all boy school LOL but he moved two blocks away from me shortly before we met.

We met my freshman (his soph) year of college and were friends for 2 years because I didn't want to be in a relationship with anyone- I was a music theater major and had rehearsal every second of my life so I just didn't have time and also felt I was so young I was in no 'relationship rush'. We started dating my junior year and everything was perfect from then on

We met 8 years ago when we both worked at Toy'R'Us, lol. I was only working there for the summer before I went back to college. DH had a crush on me the whole summer, but he never worked up the nerve to talk to me, except for when I needed help with price checks. Any time I called for help from the sales floor over the loud speaker, he would drop whatever he was doing and run to try to get to me before any other sales people did. We finally started emailing each other after I quit the job and went back to school. We started dating a few months later. He proposed on our 5 year anniversary 12/10/05, and we were married on 7/12/07.

We met while I was student teaching in his building...we exchanged numbers on my last day but I waited to call because I had already accepted an offer to teach in Hawaii. I gave in though and called a little over a month before I was leaving and we've been together ever since...that was 3 1/2 years ago...

We met at Chelsea Street (now known as Savannah Club) through a friend of mine who was also a friend of his when I was 21 and DH was 22. We met on November 9, 2002 and married exactly 5 years later on November 9, 2007 (which is also DH's mom's birthday)! DH can never forget either of them now!

met at one of my band bashes at my parent's house when they were away. I was working for his nephew's band as a photog and graphic designer and he asked if his uncle can show up since he played in a band called DBA. Since I did like the band and wanted to get a fresh client, I said sure why not - he showed up and we didn't leave each other's site all night. Unfort. I had a bf who was there at the time and he just got up and left, got a angry call which was understandable later that night. We broke up a month after I met dh and that day dh and i were dating IoI

In early dec, it will be 11 years since i met my hubby. We met in Queens Center Mall on our way home from school. I had just turned 15 when we met and we started dating like 2 or 3 weeks after we met

We met through a mutual friend when we were 13, in her backyard pool....stayed friends all through high school, dated for a month or so before college, broke up since we were going away to different schools and didn't want to do the whole long-distance thing, but got back together senior year of college and got engaged in Sept. 2006....so we've been best friends for about 10 years!
