The first pic is the one we showed the baker, but we didn't really care for the lattice work on the bottom tier. Instead, we had them use a swag design inspired by the bodice of my dress. The second pic is of our cake.

Second is my real cake, the first is the inspiration, I just wanted the design to be paisley, I don't think it looks paisley, I think it just looks weird, haha

I also couldn't get them to post in the order I wanted! Oh well!

This is the pic I showed the bakery. I just told them I wanted square layers

And this was my cake...I loved it! The bakery did not make the shells. I bought the shells from a website and had them delivered to the bakery

We had a gorgeous 3-tier cake with raspberry preserves and lemon buttercream with cascading flowers and gold beads from Cara Linn Cakes, Inc., NY.

I was in LOVE with my cake! It was even better than the one I showed them...

The cake was included in our package. I didnt really eat any except the piece my husband feed me. I was rushed to do the cake cutting because I took time to change into my second dress. Not elaborate but I liked it.
