i think i've seen springsandra do it and its a great idea...lets post our cakes and the pic of what we asked for

i didnt want flowers on mine

This is the cake I wanted, it was from Audrey's website though so I wasn't worried. But I felt the cake lacked something so we asked for the three dot pattern to be added to it. I believe everything on the cake should be eatable so I wanted eatable flowers.

Here is my cake, it was perfect.

ok this post makes me sad...cuz we didnt have a real cake! they served our cake at the wedding before ours!!! ahh ill do it anyways!

first is the cake we asked for, just with a white ribbon around the bottom of each tier...

2nd is our fake cake that was a fake display cake they had at the bakery! yeah i guess similar to our original cake we picked out but
i get soo mad that i will NEVER see my real cake!

unless somoene knows the couple that got married at the Venetian Yacht Club August 15, 2009 Afternoon wedding lol

We saw a wedding cake favor & asked the baker to replicate it w/our cake...love how it came out! We did a different flavor for each layer! Sure wished I could have tasted it though - they pulled away our cake slice while I was saying all our goodbyes...

The first is the cake I wanted. The second is the cake I got. I didn't want the horse and carriage like the first. That was a little too Disney for me. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. But it tasted good!
