LIFamilies...New Board

In case you've been avoiding the forum because you have no kids and have nothing to talk about...there's a new board for us childless couples.

oh wow!! everyone was talking about this yesterday b/c there was a huge thread about people with children vs people who are childless and so many ppl suggested they make a 'childless board'

because the last time I posted a link to drama people went so I figured my idea of drama is just not as entertaining BUT if you're interested check out the NFR board on LIF and click on the thread that looks like this *

i get the impression that the board is for people who dont plan to have kids period- I want to have them someday- just not today.

no alot of them do just not now or have not been able to for medical reasons

I find it hard to get into Chats on LIF...i try so hard, but LIW is soo much more fun with my newlyweds!

I'm glad there's a board-----but I hate the word 'Childless.' I wish they called it something else.

I agree - I am childless not by choice, and I don't want to be reminded of that everytime I log into a board.

yea it was a stupid comment and for someone who claimed to be educated- she stated her opinion poorly.

There are a lot of people who do not want to have kids until they own a home or finish their degree and thats understandable- but everyone has to do what works for them.

& honestly we want that, but if I got preggo tomorrow, we would make it work & we dont own a house- we own a coop.
