LIGHTING HELP!

Hey girls! I need your help! We are in the process of gutting and re-doing our house. We are up to the part of coming up with a lighting plan for the living room/dining room. Anyone have any pictures of different kinds of 'high hat' lighting they have in their house/apartment? Any suggestions for me or know any places I can go to get some help as far as design/laying things out? We are trying to do things on our own to save as much money as possible... HELP!

Thanks so much!
