Ok so I am not a lipstick girl-prefer glosses but my lips tend to chap and some lipglosses seem to make it worse-like they are drying. They are sooo chapped right now-I look like a fever victim
Can anyone suggest a good hydrating lip blam and or lipgloss? TIA
