Looking for a romantic Valentines Day weekend getaway

Hi girls...I need your help......DH and I want to go away somewhere for Valentine's day weekend. We want something very romantic but nothing too too expensive. Any suggestions.

Sometimes we go to Paradise Stream in the Poconos it is nice, romantic and only about 2hrs away

I just looked up paradise stream...what kind of suite do you get? They all look like fun!

Either the Lakeside Villa or the Garden of Eden Apple. We got upgraded to the Champagne Tower once which was alot of fun. That is where my DH asked me the first time if I would be his wife.

I would book ASAP a lot of the most romantic weekend places are sold out.

We are staying at the Wyndham Windwatch in Hauppauge and doing their V-Day package which includes the room, dinner, breakfast the next morning, chocolates and champagne for $269.

Hi girls...thank you so much for all of your ideas. I looked into the paradise streams resort but unfortunatly it was booked along with the rest of the ceasers resorts in the poconos. Next year, I will have to book early. I found a couple of cute places in Cape Cod that have fireplaces and jacuzzis that seemed really romantic but I'm not making any final plans until Sunday......so keep the ideas coming.
