Low-Carb Cookbooks/Blogs/Sites?

We are already a pretty low-carb family, but I really would like to experiment more with more intricate diabetic-friendly recipes. I can only seem to find pretty basic recipes (especially in diabetic cookbooks--they haven't been very helpful!). Anyone have recommendations?

I'm a fan of Cooking Light - both the magazine and the website! The website will probably be a good resource because you can search based on particular specifications for your diet... HTH!!!

LOVE cooking light! my mom has a subscription so she always passes them on to me after she's combed through. Great recipes!

DH is diabetic, and we are using the Low Glycemic Diet, its fairly low carb, but focuses on which carbs to eat.

We like the complete Idiots guide low glycemic cookbook (we have tried several recipes and they were tasty, including a sweet potato bake and Pork and Apple roast)
