Lucille Roberts is such a scam!

I'm so beyond frustrated with them! I recently told them I did not want my membership renewed and before I sent the letter to them to confirm I called not once, but twice to make sure I didn't have a balance. Well I was told I didn't so I canceled the CC that was being charged every month by them. Now I'm getting emails that I owe them $$ and my account is in bad standing! I just called their corporate number which you can NEVER get thru to, finally got thru and the idiot girl I spoke too said I have a balance and the other person I spoke to was wrong! Signing up in the first place was the biggest mistake ever!

Im sorry! I hate Lucille Roberts! There gyms are so ghetto and notr cheap at all! I hope you get this figured out!

I had a problem with them a few years back also. Canceled my membership and they continued to charge me for 3 months after, even after I called after I saw each charge on my statement! And the last time I called they tried to tell me that it was too close to the next billing date and that I would have to pay for the following month.

l seriously hate them!!!!!!! I had a membership with them last year and it was the biggest hassle to cancel my membership and their customer service reps are horrible, they never answer the phones and when they do they give you the biggest attitude. I will never sign up with them again

I've heard so many horror stories I can't believe they are still in business! I was seriously considering contacting the BBB if I didn't get thru to them today, I've literally been trying for weeks!

YES YES THEY ARE~

they do this ALL THE TIME TO EVERYONE~! They will not and do not EVER cancel your membership. When you give them a card number they will continue to charge you no matter what... even when you cancel, even when you send multiple doctor notes, even when you just dont renew. The only thing you can do is cancel your card and get a new one. it's a PIA!!! they did this crap to me years ago. bastardds!!!
