These are options for Pasta:

Rigatoni ala Vodka

Fettuccini with Grilled Chicken, Asparagus, Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Cream

Penne with Crispy Pancetta, Parmigiano Reggiano, Blistered Tomato Pomodoro Sauce

3 Cheese Ravioli Bolognese with Basil Ricotta

Toasted sweet potato gnocchi with andouille sausage, peas, goat cheese, rosemary cream

I know im still not sure if i can make it but since im an avid Waterzooi patron The Sweet potato gnocchi is awesome but probably not something everyone will like. FYI JMO

yeah I dont like sweet potatoes...unless they're french fries w/ sesame seeds - it's the only way I can tolerate to eat them!...lol
