Made some potato latkes this morning!

Made some potato latkes this morning!

My friend requested sweet potato latkes too, so I'm about to start on those...

But I wanted to share.

The recipe is kinda a pain in the booty but I could put it on the NW cookbook thread if anyone wants.

Can you post your recipes? I have been craving latkes but my Jewish BFF lives in NY, & I live in DC now. I may have to try to attempt them on my own. I got hooked in college when I lived w/ Jewish roommates also who would make them for us all.
