I just ate half a bag of Frito Scoops corn chips and a bag of swedish candy fish!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry about it. DH and I had the following just now:

Chicken Quesadillas, Jalapeno Poppers and Spinach and artichoke dip So not watching what I eat!

Kinda pround of myself for making all of this though

Not for nothing... I tried dieting this week and it not only gave me a headache all week, it made me starving and a b*tch... SO apparently, I am going to be fat and have to deal with it

Yea....Yesterday I had some conflict with baked lays.
Tonight....I had hershey dark (my favorite) miniatures in my house. I limited myself to 2 pcs. and then put it away.

I f I were you, I wouldn't feel too bad....the swedish fish are fat free.

Also, if you are PMSing....you're body uses 250 extra calories a day.
