So i was talking with a few friends the other day about when they get mani/pedis done and how they pick color. I was curious what you thought. Some of them just pick out what they like while others try to 'match' it to what they might wear that week. Especially if they have some sort of event. So my question is, do you match or not match?

i go according to how I'm feeling that day or week. I also take into consideration what color i wore prior. If I wear a color too many times in a row, I'll get really sick of it.
Also, if I do have an event like a wedding or some sort of large gathering where I'm picking out a special outfit for it, then I will pick my color to match.
So all in all... a little bit of both!!

Hahaha that happens to me too and I always pick the wrong color! lol
Today I am sure I will do the same thing when I go! lol Trying to decide if I am feeling a french or some sort of coral color lol. (Love how I am thinking about this already??! )

me too! i always feel sp rushed to pick a color so i end up just grabbing colors i have used before.

Same here, if I am getting dressed up for any reason I match it. Though I bring my own polish. The polish that is used on everyone bothers me.

I try to switch it up. I get a weekly mani and a pedi every other week in the summer. I try to coordinate my fingers and toes (not wearing the same exact color but a color that matches) and if I have say coral colors the next time I go, I'll do pinks or reds or a french.

Like 95% of the time, I go with french. Maybe 2 or 3 times I've gone I've done like a ballet slipper pink b/c I knew I was going to wear something pink.

If i have an event to go to i def try and match, if i just go for whatever i get what im in the mood for!!
going for one on saturday for my vacation mani/pedi, and i already know im getting
fruit sangria!! its a pretty pink! also my on regular color for anything is also watermelon, in the winter its wicked!

i usually always get french on my toes and during the summer i go BRIGHT and BOLD for the finger nails!

Haha, me too!!! And the women at my place are soooo pushy. They are like, 'Pick your color, pick your color. Are you ready? Did you pick your color?' Ahhhhhh, I can't handle it!!!

On my nails I never do color, just clear because color will only last a day. On my toes, during the summer I always do pinks, I usually bring my own color so I can touch it up if it chips at all, because I usually go about every 3 weeks

I hate when nail color does not match what someone is wearing. I always get an extremely neutral color called Wedding Veil. It matches everything.
It drives me crazy when I see someone with red nail polish wearing a blue shirt.

in the summer i like to go with magentas and peachy colors. If I have a special event coming up I usually go for the french. I have been rocking french for the past 2 months thought so I think its time to change it up now

I never match my nails to my toes in teh summer. Never because i like light on my nail sin teh summer but dark on my toes all yr. I also never match my polish to an event. I mean in the summer teh ligh tcolors match everything in the winter Wicked matches everything as well. lol
