marriage certificate

Hi girls....just married...1 week ago!
And I already have a question...
We rec'd our marriage certificate from the church...is that what I bring to social security and DMV or will I be getting something from the town also?

You'll get one from the town also. I believe they only accpet the town one because it has the 'official' seal. Congrats!!

No that one if just for fun (they send you one so you have it saying you were married at the churhc) the one you bring to SS and DMV will have a gold seal on it and it will be from the town
