Re: Mastic, LI

I haven't lived on LI in a few years & don't know much about Mastic, but I heard about thew WBLI thing and thought that was in poor taste.

Then I was listening to Opie & Anthony the other day when they were doing this 'skit' and making fun of Mastic & thought to myself 'oh, they' are pushing it ...' They were REALLY dragging it out & picking on the town. It was obvious to me that they were doing it more as a commentary on the WBLI DJ being suspended and not to really rip on the town itself. (mostly becuase they were ranting about the guy being suspended) O&A are all anti-censorship & they were trying to defend the dj's right to say what he wants. At least that's who I interpreted it. But the WBLI guy was still wrong, I think.
