May I please post a vent? Followed by happy thought...

Because I am very very very close to ending up in jail for running my doctor over with my car...
Seriously See, last night I had a dream I attacked him...

The 'Closest' they could get me in is the 13th... but I've been calling for TWO WEEKS as an emergency...

Is this normal? Or do I have the right to hit him with the car

Like i want to start to prank call his office and ask dumb things...

On that note, I am enjoying my vitamuffin... Yum...fiber

I sware sometmes i wana eat them all...

But its a good thing they have to be kept in the freezer..

except that hasnt stopped me from eating them frozen...no lie...

They're AMAZING. I just had the corn but the double chocolate.... TO DIEEE FORRR!!!!

yeah but if you ran him over you would NEVER see him

I had the same thing earlier with a dr and when THEY called to reschedule the appt I had been waiting for I literally started to cry. . I was so embarrassed but I was soo sick and had no idea what was wrong with me. . and I was soap opera dramatic on the phone. . like 'I'm DYING. please, please she has to see me!!! ' embarrassin but it worked!

You need a new doctor. That's ridiculous! Do you really like him that much to keep him? Think about it...will this keep happening in the future??? This makes me nervous for you!

I forget what it's like w/dr's on LI - but my dr's up here are a$$- holes & when I call w/ an emerg & they cant get me in right away - they tell me (& in a snotty tone too) 'well if it's that much of an emergency then go to the emergency room'

Thats total BS.

On the clinic note, please be careful. Last time I went they sent my bloodwork to the wrong lab (not covered) KNOWING what my insurance was and I got an $800.00 bill. (dont worry, yelled, screamed, cried, bill vanished haha).

Long story short, my mom said taht most of those places are in contract with labs, so they just send it regardless of insurance. Just always double/triple check where they are sending it.

Rant over, sorry for the not post related comment. You need a new doc def. you pay crazy money for them, they should at least see you for 5 minutes when you really need it.

I think you should just show up at the doctors demanding to be seen.
Try and get there first thing in the morning.

Ugg, I hate that, when my pain started and I called the GYN and told them I was in terrible pain they gave me an appt. for 2 weeks later, you know how much time was waisted. Then I had a sonogram to see what was wrong and my follow up for it was 4 weeks later, what part of pain don't these people get? Luckily the sonogram tech told me what I needed to know so I was able to move on to the GI, took me over a week to get that appt. and my colonoscopy follow up tomorrow is almost three weeks from the test.

So yes, its normal, but I still say run him over.

I do love this doctor, he saved my mothers life.... he just took all the terible docs patients...
