I have to work too, but my whole office is open so at least I'll have company. Hopefully we'll get out early.

Thanks Ladies! I probably have to work until 6... I'm just upset I guess because it was bad enough that I couldn't take the week off so we could spend Christmas with my ILs in South Carolina (DH has not been home for Christmas in almost two years)...and now I have to work Christmas Eve too, while the ENTIRE office gets to be off except me.. Thanks for making me feel better!! I'll be right here on LIW all day on December 24th!

i have to work too!! and what ***** is that it's only a half day, but i HAVE to be there, so I still can't travel anywhere! i lose another holiday with my family over a 3.5 hr workday

Sorry to hear that - i'm sure it will be a quite day. Just think a good side of it - how about taking a long lunch....go shopping, etc. Or better yet, start filing all those papers lying on top of your desk. Unless, you need to be in the office to pick up a phone...thats a different story.
