went to Excellence Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. We loved the rooms, the food, the pools, the bars. We didn't love the beach, but the pools were so great...it didn't matter. Also...the nightlife isn't all that great. The shows are just okay, and people don't stay out and party all night. Definitely NOT what Dh and I were looking for, so it didn't matter to us at all. Dh and I are actually going to the Excellence location in Punta Cana since we loved the one in Mexico so much.

We went to the Excellence Punta Cana for our HM. It was AMAZING!!! I wanna go back. Everything you said about Mexico is the same in DR. I have pics of it on my FB page, if you want to see any lemme kno!
