Re: More photography blues
Are the photo prints just inserts you can slide into the cards? If so, I assume it's easy enough to swap with the 2nd picture?

Re: More photography blues
Teri - its not easy to swap the picture - the original picture goes in a card that is taller than it is wide, and the writing is such that it is all portrait stylethe second picture is landscape style

Re: More photography blues
I think they're both great photos, but can see why you'd prefer picture B. That said, I don't think its worth rewriting the 150 cards.

Re: More photography blues
I think the first one is nice enough to keep. Knowing how difficult the TYs are to write, i would definitely leave well enough alone.

Re: More photography blues
I'm having a terrible time writing TY cards so I would never redo them. I agree the 2nd picture is nicer but most of the guests wouldn't appreciate the difference. However, if its really going to bother you, I think rewriting them would not take too long. The hard part is deciding what to say and you've already done that.

Re: More photography blues
You can send the 2nd one as a bonus but I would never tell you to re-write them. The 2nd one is nice b/c it shows the entire dress but not nice enough to write over 150 TY

Re: More photography blues
At this point they OWE you big time so they should and better reprint the ones you wanted. They should also let you keep the 150 that they copied and send them both! But do not rewrite them for their mistakes!!

Re: More photography blues
I just wish I didn't like the second picture so much, and I don't like how it looks in the original card - so much for being organized!!

Re: More photography blues
I would do option C: Insert the horisontal picture in vertical thank you's, especially since most people would either frame or put the picture in the album (at which point who cares whether its written sideways or not)

Re: More photography blues
I say option C. I really like the picture B, but who wants to rewrite 150 TY's
I don't think anyone will complain that the pic is sideways

I would go with what you have already. They are both very beautiful pictures.

Re: More photography blues - please post opinions
I personally don't see anything wrong with the first picture. Yes, your train is a little cut off, but the focus is on how happy you both are. I like picture 2 also, but picture 1 is just as nice, train or no train.Putting picture 2 into the vertical card would be fine if you had your heart set on it. But I wouldn't re-write 150 T/Us!
Just my 2 cents...
