mortgage/bank VENT

grrrrrr sorry grls need to vent....
so after spending 2 months with my own company CITI MORTGAGE telling me that everything looks good they are now telling me 2 weeks before closing that my coop is not being approved because they do not hold their own fidelity bond insurance (NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS) MY COOP BOARD wrote them a cert. letter stating that the managing agent that controls all the money does carry fidelity bond insurance apparently every other bank accepts this letter except my lovely company, CITI ! I am so frustrated!! I am now researching other banks as my lawyer tries to see if this is a dead end. GRRRRRRR so annoying

I don't even know what that means?

I used Chase if that helps and my buyer used Wells...

I wish, we used a broker and our loan got sold to Chase. I can send you his info but not sure if that'd help?

ugh soo annoying! i would recommend mine but they have been a huge pain in the arse so i would never put you thru that!!
