i don't have anything really specific but some suggestions:

Bryan Adams - when you love someone (the hopefloats version is freaking gorgeous)

August Rhapsody - from August Rush. its instrumental but quite literally a BEAUTIFUL piece around 3 minutes or so. its gorgeous.
