my album is FINALLY in -but get this....

I finally broke down and called them say 'where the hel* is my album?'. I've been married 10 months and was told my album would be ready end of Aug. and NO PHONE CALL.
When I spoke with them this morning, I was told that they left me a message at my home VM on 8/20 saying that my album was ready.
That WAS NOT the case - the message I got was that the other parent album was ready -NOT my album.
Now don't you all agree, that as a bride, knowing my album was ready, I would have returned the call or gone to pick it up?!! That message was over a month ago - maybe a follow up phone call from them would have been nice!! If I didn't call today, I would have been sitting wondering What is the deal with my album, as months passed?!!
And then also tell me that its only to pick up album - no more changes. what if there is something I am not happy with? tough crap??

And I was SUPPOSED VIP :(

needless to say...NOT HAPPY

I hope it works out! Let us know.

I've seen how expensive those albums can be.
We are putting together our album with our photographer, who is a friend and
professional.
Hopefully, we can sort things out quicker than if he had a bunch of other wedding clients. (we're his only one's for the year...since weddings are SO time consuming)
