Ok so Dh does all the cooking in our house...i am happier out doing the yardwork...but i have NEVER made a gingerbread house in my life & decided to try it this year...it started out more like a crack house...especially since i forgot to put the decorating tip in the bag BEFORE adding the icing...but i did get to use my Kitchen Aid mixer from my May shower finally! Dh was amused..and i am pretty happy with the outcome...
You did great. My brother just bought my son a ginger bread train. I don't know when to start it with him, cause I think it may get really hard, and my son wants to eat all the goodies.
