Ok so Dh does all the cooking in our house...i am happier out doing the yardwork...but i have NEVER made a gingerbread house in my life & decided to try it this year...it started out more like a crack house...especially since i forgot to put the decorating tip in the bag BEFORE adding the icing...but i did get to use my Kitchen Aid mixer from my May shower finally! Dh was amused..and i am pretty happy with the outcome...

Awww thanks! I bought a kit at Michaels...so it was a 'pre-fab' house...but i used my own imagination in decorating not their pics...half my problem was not reading & following directions! haha
